Online Video Download Helper

9xbuddy works with more than 10,000 websites, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Dailymotion and thousands of video platforms. Open the page where the video is hosted, copy its link, paste it into the search box, and 9xbuddy takes care of the rest. If a site is not on the list yet, it is usually because it is not indexed yet rather than because it is unsupported.

You can save videos as MP4, AVI, WMA, WMV and GIF, so the file always fits the player you want to use. Quality options range from 360p and 720p up to 1080p, 2K, 4K and even 8K when the original file allows it. Choose a smaller file for sharing or a full-resolution version for archiving — the choice is yours.

Yes, 9xbuddy is completely free and there is no sign-up step. You do not need to create an account, enter an email address, or install any software. Open the page, paste the link, and download. There are no download caps, no watermarks added to your files, and no premium tier holding the useful features behind a paywall.

It takes three steps. First, open the video page and copy the video link. Second, paste that link into the search box at the top of the page. Third, click the Download button and pick the format and quality you want. The whole process usually takes only a few seconds, and the downloaded file is saved directly to your device.

You can download as many videos as you want — there is no limit on the number of downloads. Nothing is kept on our side: your links are processed only to prepare the file for you, and the downloaded videos go straight to your own device. Because no account is required, 9xbuddy never collects personal information tied to your activity.

9xbuddy runs entirely in your web browser, which means it works on almost any device you already own. Use it on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, on an iPhone or Android phone, or on a tablet — the interface adapts to your screen automatically. There is no app to install and no system requirements to check. On mobile, you can paste a link and save the finished file straight to your phone or gallery, which makes9xbuddy handy when you run into a video you want to keep while you are out. A stable internet connection is all you need.

9xbuddy is a general-purpose downloader, and how you use the files you save is your responsibility. Downloading content you own, content published under a free license, or videos meant for personal offline viewing is generally fine. Respect copyright holders’ rights, do not redistribute downloaded material commercially without permission, and follow the terms of the site you downloaded from.
